Provenance Recruitment & Staffing is currently hiring for production associates for a manufacturing location in Liberty, SC.

Pay for this position:
1st Shift is $14.00 per hour
3rd Shift is $15.00 per hour.

This is a 12 hour shift from 7:00am-7:00pm.

Shift schedule is 2-2-3. (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) First week week 36 hours, next week 48 hours (Rotating)

Job Duties & Expectations:

Main job duty will be assisting in the Molding of Urethane Golf Balls and performing Quality Control checks on molded product to ensure product meets customer expectations. Duties require manual, clerical and data entry skills. Promotes Safety throughout the department. Operates required production equipment Monitors online quality and decides when to take corrective action. Checks mold spray weights, spray pattern and makes necessary changes to ensure process is in control. Performs molded ball physicals including weight, size and concentrically and records data into Quality System. Prepares machine(s) for shift change. Able to work independently or in a group. Monitor machine parameters. Responsibility for maintaining scheduled production volumes. Maintains a clean work area at all times.
