We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Helper to become a part of our team!

This person will be performing jobs/ tasks such as but not limited to; painting, removing carpet, replacing tile, moving furniture from one area to another, cleaning, and all other remodeling and maintenance duties as assigned by the project manager/ supervisor.

Requirements as follows but not limited to; lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, squatting, and all other physical requirements that are needed for remodeling and maintenance.

$15.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
