The General Manager is responsible for the overall management of all aspects of the location including production, inventory management, delivery, human resources, and safety.

Directs daily operations by successfully performing the following tasks, duties, and responsibilities as below:

· Plans and directs functions to meet operational and financial goals for the location

· Schedules and evaluates team members to meet inventory demands and customers’ orders

· Reviews team members work to ensure quality meets established standards, techniques, and safety requirements; makes recommendations as requirements to improve quality and productivity

· Communicates and enforces operating policies and procedures, as they pertain to daily operations

· Manages and Motivates employees, maintains a productive workforce, and ensures a safe work environment

· Reviews work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy

· Ensures that all company/department policies are being followed

· Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient manufacturing operations

Qualifications:

· Previous Manufacturing and Management Experience Required (minimum of 2 years)

· High school degree minimum requirement

· Proven leadership skills

· Strong administrative skills

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
