Provenance Staffing is seeking highly motivated, team-oriented physicians to build their practices in pain management. Our contracted physicians take a balanced, multimodal approach to pain management that focuses on providing safe, responsible, and high-quality patient care in our hospital partner communities.

Our pain management physicians create individualized care plans for patients that include interventional procedures, medication management, and other ancillary therapies all aiming to improve our patients’ lives.

Under our model, physicians can focus on providing care and our partners take care of the business aspects. This means staffing, startup costs, marketing support, billing, compliance, and other business and regulatory elements so that you can focus your time on patient care. We offer a very competitive compensation package fand work with you to create a sustainable practice that you can then maintain as your private practice.

Salary Range $400-475K

Must be board certified in specialty and hold a subspeciality in pain management by the same board.

No call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays.

– Midland & West Branch, MI (One physician covering both locations)
– Central Ohio (near Columbus)
– Southern Ohio (near Cincinnati)
