Provenance Recruitment & Staffing is looking for a shipping attendant for a client located in the Liberty area!

Schedule is Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay ranges between $15 – $16 per hour.
Temp to perm position; training is included

Shipping Attendant Duties:

• Prepare packages for shipment with UPS, USPS, etc.
• Using Shipstation software, manage customer shipments and place shipping labels on packages
• Update and change orders per customer requests.
• Process/log-in returns
• Handle regular mail
• Maintain shipping supplies – boxes, labels, tape, etc.
• Help load and unload daily shipments

Secondary duties:

• Answer questions generated on our internet advertising sites
• Facebook
• Amazon
• Instagram, etc.
• Have a good understanding of our product line to answer the easy questions customers may have.

We may ask the shipping attendant to be available for cross training on other simple things like answering the phones, etc.

Duties may also include simple tasks such as cleaning up, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms, etc.  This is a team work environment.
