Textile Production Associate

Provenance Recruitment and Staffing is currently seeking Textile Production Associates to join the production and warehouse teams at a textile manufacturing facility in Anderson, SC.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for servicing spinning, winding, and warping operations by replacing bobbins, feeding and preparing yarn, repairing broken yarn ends, assisting with color and lot changes, and supporting overall production operations. Associates work closely as a team and are typically responsible for monitoring multiple machines at one time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and prepare yarn packages on the creel for warping operations
  • Service spinning and winding machines by replacing bobbins and feeding yarn as needed
  • Repair broken yarn ends and splice yarn using an air splicer or other approved methods
  • Add or remove yarn ends as needed for production changes
  • Assist with color and lot changes during production
  • Inspect yarn and beams for quality issues during operation
  • Monitor multiple machines and respond to production needs
  • Maintain accurate production and material records
  • Assist machine and warper operators as needed to maintain production efficiency
  • Follow all safety policies and immediately report unsafe conditions or injuries
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work cooperatively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of manufacturing or textile production experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Dependable and team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Comfortable monitoring and working around multiple production machines
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.12 – $19.85/hr
