1st Shift Assembly

Provenance Recruitment & Staffing is currently hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing facility located in Liberty, SC. This is a full-time, first-shift position responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components according to detailed manufacturing instructions.

Overtime is required, and candidates must be available to start as early as 5:00 AM.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the assembly of mechanical and electrical components while following established manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable using basic measurement tools, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual wire stripping and component assembly
  • Read and follow written manufacturing instructions and work procedures
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Complete work order routers and other required production documentation
  • Read, use, and understand basic gauges and measurement tools
  • Meet established department productivity and quality measures
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the assembly process
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Work cooperatively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
  • Perform all assigned duties according to department, quality, and safety standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of assembly experience preferred
  • Experience with hand soldering electronic components preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written manufacturing instructions
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints
  • Ability to use basic gauges and measurement tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work required overtime and report as early as 5:00 AM
