Pack-Out Associate

Provenance Recruitment and Staffing is currently seeking a Pack-Out Associate for a decorative stamping manufacturer located in Greer, SC. The manufacturing facility operates automated assembly lines focused on machine stamping of plastic components, with an emphasis on quality, pack-out assembly, and shipping.

Job Summary:

The Pack-Out Associate plays a key role in the final stages of production, ensuring finished components are properly inspected, packaged, palletized, labeled, and prepared for shipment. This position works closely with machine operators and manufacturing technicians to maintain efficient production flow while meeting quality and safety standards.

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive finished goods from hot-stamping lines and prepare them for packaging
  • Inspect components for defects and ensure products meet quality standards before pack-out
  • Operate and monitor automated pack-out equipment
  • Manually load pallets with pre-packaged boxes
  • Label, batch, and organize finished products for efficient shipping and inventory control
  • Maintain clean, safe, and orderly workstations
  • Support production targets by collaborating with machine operators and manufacturing technicians
  • Identify, report, and assist with troubleshooting pack-out issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of packed batches, quantities, and product conditions
  • Assist with shipping preparation, including palletizing and shrink wrapping
  • Follow all safety procedures and comply with workplace policies

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Pack-out, assembly, packaging, or quality inspection experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
  • Ability to work efficiently around automated production equipment with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Dependable and capable of maintaining productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Location: In person – Greer, SC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-1/2 hour shifts
Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-perm
Pay: $21/hr.
